Return  Policy

We at MALAIKA PADMA value your inner divine light, your heart and your time - and want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we do everything we can to ensure the clothing is made only with fair labor practices and is spiritually clean.

Nevertheless, if you are not happy with the item you received or want to return it for any other reason we will be happy to issue a store credit or refund the amount to your credit card or PayPal account, according to your payment method.

Please return unused and unwashed items only, no more than 30 days after you received your package for a full refund, or no more than 60 days after you received your package for a store credit.

Shipping charges for returns or exchanges is not covered by MALAIKA PADMA unless your item is defective.

If you believe your item is defective item please contact us directly at purplebag@malaika-padma.com prior to shipping of the item.

If your order was not eligible for free shipping, shipping charged will not be refunded.

We recommend that you insure the items as we cannot refund item lost in transit.

Please include in your package a copy of your original invoice.

Shipping Information

Shipping is from Israel so import customs and/or VAT / Sales Tax may be charged according to your country regulations.

In general, items made in Israel are not charged with importing customs when imported to the US and EU according to internation commerce agreements between Israel and US and Israel and the EU. VAT / Sales tax may be charged though.As we want to avoid that, we never send more than $100 value in each package.

Shipping requires signature, and usually take up to 10 business days and is trackable in most countries.

 

Shipping cost to the US, Canada and Europe are:

For orders under $100 / €80 - shipping cost is $5 / €3
Orders over $100 / €80 are eligible for free shipping to the US, Canada and Europe.
